Designed to assist the undervacuum turbo-emulsifier process, melters are used in the mixing, dispersal and storage phases of production operations.

Available models include melters with mixing anchor, mainly used to melt solid blocks to be blended in the homogenizer, and with propeller, used to optimize powder dispersal and facilitate chip melting in the oil phase. Axomatic melters have production capacities from 20 to 5,000 litres.

Storage containers
Before transferring the product to the tube filling machine hopper, it can be stored in containers that can be equipped with heating and/or stirring systems.
